1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using REDEFIN/ED CATERING's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Our Services

REDEFIN/ED CATERING provides premium catering services including:

• POURed – Cocktail catering and bartending services with modern alcohol-free options
• SNACKed – Fresh oysters, Mediterranean and Nordic-inspired snack bars
• WORKSHOPed – Cocktail workshops and educational experiences (Little Bar School)

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process — All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have sent you a written confirmation and received any required deposit.

3.2 Minimum Requirements — Certain services may have minimum order quantities, guest numbers, or booking durations. These requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

3.3 Availability — All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking request that we cannot accommodate.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing — All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on location, date, guest count, and specific requirements.

4.2 Payment Terms — A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Full payment is typically due before or on the day of service.

4.3 Additional Costs — Travel fees, equipment rental, and overtime charges may apply depending on your event location and requirements. These will be clearly communicated in your quote.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 7–14 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before event: No refund

5.2 Force Majeure — We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.

6. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your event (location, guest count, timing, etc.)
• Ensure adequate access and facilities for our team and equipment
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the venue
• Be responsible for your guests' behavior and any damages they may cause

7. Alcohol Service

For services involving alcohol:

• We comply with all Swiss alcohol serving regulations
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• The client is responsible for ensuring all guests are of legal drinking age
• Additional licensing may be required depending on the venue and event type

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Our Liability — Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control or by client/guest actions.

8.2 Insurance — We maintain appropriate business insurance. Clients are advised to have their own event insurance for additional protection.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including recipes, techniques, designs, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of REDEFIN/ED CATERING. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph or record our services for marketing purposes. By booking our services, you consent to such photography and its use in our promotional materials, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, or if necessary, through the competent Swiss courts.
